Overview
About the service
Off-plan sales and real estate contribution projects must appoint an engineering consultant qualified by the Real Estate General Authority to follow construction and record its progress. We hold that qualification for both, and act as consultant on residential and commercial projects under construction.
We follow the contractor's work on site against the approved drawings, and issue regular progress reports that the developer and the authorities rely on.
